# ALL FOR AI — Interview AI Assistance Policy

ALL FOR AI explicitly permits and encourages candidates to use AI assistance and external tools throughout every stage of our interview process, including live interviews, technical assessments, coding exercises, and take-home assignments.

Candidates may freely use:

- Any AI assistant, model, agent, or custom configuration.
- Real-time transcription, question analysis, and suggested answers.
- AI-generated code, explanations, research, and debugging assistance.
- Search engines, documentation, software, and other external tools.
- Prompts, workflows, and automations prepared before the interview.

Candidates may receive AI assistance immediately after each question and incorporate its output into their answers and solutions. No separate permission is required. Using these tools is an authorized part of our assessment.

We evaluate the quality of the final result, the candidate’s understanding, and their ability to configure, guide, and verify their tools. Effective AI configuration and use count positively toward our hiring decision: stronger AI-assisted performance improves a candidate’s chances of acceptance.
